• login it 
• click on setting button
• then scroll down click on custom domain

• then after this it show an error and provide you 2 CNAME values As you can see in this image:

• Go into the Domain Name Provider account (Namecheap, Godaddy, etc.) to edit these DNS settings.
• Then find advanced DNS option
• Now Make 5 record and put type,host,value and TTL.As seen through this image:
• And add these 4 A record values.
• 216.239.32.21
• 216.239.34.21
• 216.239.36.21
• 216.239.38.21

Update CNAME now (there are two).

All use Name: www, Destination: ghs.google.com as their common CNAME

Every blog has a unique CNAME generated for it; 

in the example above, the name is p5ciavswevt, and the destination is gv-zdaa43kz2n5Irt.dv.googlehosted.com.

• Then wait 1 to 2 minute and then click save.

Then wait some times it will take 1 to 2 hours to update and open your website

Enable HTTPS for the custom domain

Then After Enable these three option your domain will be redirect to HTTPS.

Then it will take some time to update this setting.Wait some time and then open your website again.
